AI for clinics and practices
At reception the phone rings while you’re seeing someone in person. Half the calls are to ask about opening hours, the price of a dental clean or whether there’s a slot on Thursday. And every week someone forgets their appointment. For dental, physiotherapy, veterinary and aesthetics clinics and small medical centres in Castilla-La Mancha.

What we do
- Appointments and reminders. A WhatsApp or email reminder before each appointment, with the option to confirm or change it. Slots that free up are spotted in time.
- An assistant on your website and on WhatsApp. It answers questions about opening hours, how to get there, which treatments you offer, the guide prices you choose to publish and how to prepare for a visit. Day and night.
- A clear website. One that makes it obvious what you do, lets people book in two steps and works well on a phone. We explain it in web design.
- Internal tasks. Supplier invoices, supply orders, monthly reports. Anything repetitive can be automated.
Clear limits
There are things AI doesn’t do in a clinic, and that’s how we build it:
- It doesn’t diagnose or recommend treatments. If someone describes a symptom, the assistant gives no opinion: it puts them through to a person or tells them to book an appointment.
- It doesn’t handle health data in the chat. Health data is a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. The assistant asks people not to share it there and doesn’t keep it.
- It always leaves a way through to a person, by phone, by WhatsApp or at reception.
- It says it’s an AI from the first message, as the EU AI Act requires.
How an assistant like this is designed is explained in AI chatbots and in AI use (in Spanish). How data is handled, in the privacy policy (in Spanish).
Questions from clinics
Does it connect to our booking software?
It depends on the software. We check during the diagnosis and, if it can’t, we tell you what the alternatives are.
What if a patient writes something urgent?
The assistant doesn’t assess it. It tells them to call the clinic or, in an emergency, 112. We set that reply with you; the AI doesn’t decide it.
Does the AI send the reminders?
The system sends them, with wording you approve. The AI only steps in when the patient replies with something other than “yes” or “no”.
