Your management software does its own job well. What it doesn’t do, you end up handling with spreadsheets, phone calls and paperwork. What we build
- Portals for sales reps or customers. Price, stock, order history and customer accounts, on a phone and with the data from your system.
- Management dashboards. The figures that matter on one screen, each with its source in view so nobody argues about where it comes from.
- Integrations between programs. So the online shop, the ERP and the accounts stop needing someone to move data from one to the other.
- Internal apps. Job sheets, delivery tracking, equipment bookings: whatever lives today in a shared spreadsheet nobody dares to touch.
When AI adds something, we include it: an assistant that looks things up in the portal, automatic document reading. When it doesn’t, we leave it out. If yours is mostly repetitive work, see AI automation.
The code is yours
What’s yours is yours. The code sits in a repository in your company’s name, with its documentation. The hosting, domain and service accounts are in your name too.
If tomorrow you want someone else to maintain it, they can: they’ll have everything they need. We explain it in the FAQs on ownership.
How we do it
First a call, then a diagnosis in person, watching how you work. We give you a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and the price. We build in short deliveries that you test with your real work. At the end we train whoever is going to use it and stay on for maintenance.

In our distributor demo there are two pieces of custom software: a portal for sales reps, with their customers and the ones buying less, and a management dashboard with sales, margins and stock. Fictional company and data; the software is real.
