Technology for clubs and hospitality

It’s Saturday lunchtime, the club bar is packed, the kitchen is running late and someone asks whether the croquettes contain gluten. At the rural guesthouse, a guest writes in English at eleven at night. For sports and social clubs, bars, restaurants and places to stay, we build pieces that hold up in those moments.

Ordering for clubs and restaurants

It’s our own product. Your customers order from the table with a QR code, the kitchen sees the order on its screen straight away and the menu shows the 14 allergens in each dish. You change the daily menu yourself every morning.

It’s also designed for a club bar, where you serve members, there are match days and the season sets the pace.

Bookings and enquiries with an assistant

An assistant on your website and on WhatsApp that answers the usual questions: opening hours, whether there’s a table, how to get there, whether dogs are welcome, what time check-in is. In Spanish and English, for the tourist who writes in the small hours. Whatever it doesn’t know, it passes to a person.

Questions from hospitality

Do I need to buy tablets or screens?

To order, your customers use their own phones. For the kitchen, a screen with a browser is enough. We look at it with you based on your venue.

What if the connection drops?
Can the assistant confirm bookings?

It can propose them with the details needed and leave them for you to confirm, or connect to your booking system if it allows it.

Let’s talk about your venue

Tell us how you work on a really busy day. We’ll start from there.
