From the first call to support

We don’t do diagnoses by form. To know what can be automated in your business, we need to see it at work. This is the path, from the first call to the day you no longer need us for the day-to-day.

We talk

A 30-minute video call with Javier or Daniel. You tell us what your business does and which task takes up most of your time. We tell you how we work and whether we think we can help. If we can’t, we tell you there and then.

If you’d like to come prepared, there’s an optional questionnaire. It’s for preparing the call, not for diagnosing.

We come and see you

We do the diagnosis in person, at your business. We sit down with whoever does the task and look at how an order comes in, how a delivery note gets typed up or how the Monday report is put together.

We measure what happens today: how long it takes, how often it repeats, where the errors appear. With that, we decide together whether it’s worth automating. Sometimes it isn’t, and it’s better to know before spending anything.

We put it in writing

After the diagnosis you get a written proposal: what we’re going to build, in what order, how long it will take, what data each piece will touch and what it costs. No small print and no savings promises that nobody has measured.

You read it in your own time. If something doesn’t suit you, we change it before we start.

We build in stages

We don’t disappear for three months and come back with everything done. We work in short deliveries, and you test each one with your real work before we move on to the next. If something doesn’t work as you expected, it shows early and gets fixed early.

Every delivery is tested: with your documents, your odd cases and the questions people really ask in your business.

We train you and stay on

We train the people who will use it, with their own cases. We leave them a short written guide, in their language, not ours.

After that, we’re still there. Maintenance, support and adjustments: software changes, suppliers change and so does your business. At the end we measure again, to see what has really changed.

What we won’t promise you

  • A savings percentage. We don’t know until we measure, and we measure it with you.
  • That the AI won’t make mistakes. It does. That’s why anything doubtful is flagged and checked by a person.
  • That we’ll automate everything. Some tasks aren’t worth it. We’ll tell you.
  • Timelines before we see your case. The timeline goes in the proposal, once we know what we’re talking about.
  • That you’ll stop needing your team. The machine does the repetitive work. Decisions stay with people.

What’s yours

What’s yours is yours. The code sits in a repository in your company’s name, with its documentation. The accounts for the services we use are in your name. Your data is yours and we don’t use it for anything else.

If one day you want to move to another provider, they take everything with them. More detail in the FAQs.

We start by talking

Thirty minutes with one of the two people who will build it. If we’re not a good fit, you’ll know then.
